Full sanitary restoration and leak detection audit for a Palm Jumeirah estate, delivered with documented pressure tests and handover pack.
Challenge
Intermittent slab leaks and ageing manifolds were affecting multiple wet rooms. The owner required minimal opening of finished marble and a phased schedule around occupancy.
Solution
We mapped the network with acoustic and thermal checks, opened targeted access panels only, replaced failed sections with press-fit copper where specified, and re-commissioned all fixtures with written pressure logs for the facility file.
